Good news for Travelers! Neuvillette and Kazuha can be wished on the upcoming second phase of the Genshin Impact version 4.5 banner. Genshin Impact has just confirmed this information through its official website, https://genshin.hoyoverse.com/id/news/detail/123027, on Thursday (28/03/2024).
According to the information provided by HoYoverse, Neuvillette will be available in the first wish banner event, and Kazuha will be at the second wish banner event. Based on history, this is the second Neuvillette banner after its first appearance in Genshin Impact 4.1. Meanwhile, Kazuha has been around since his first appearance in version 1.6 and this is his fourth appearance.
The specified rules will not be much different from the previous requirements. During the event, the percentage of obtaining the Exclusive five-star Characters "Ordainer of Inexorable Judgment" Neuvillette (Hydro) and "Scarlet Leaves Pursue Wild Waves" Kaedehara Kazuha (Anemo) will increase drastically! The above Exclusive Characters will not be included in the "Wanderlust Invocation" Standard Application. In this application system there will also be a 90th application request guarantee that ensures players will get a 5-star character. The number of application guarantees for "Character Application Event" and "Character Application Event - 2" will be calculated together, accumulated together, separate from the calculation warranties, and does not affect warranties for other categories of Applications. Character test feature is available for player to try out the Exclusive Characters' gameplay and win several prizes after completing the challenges.
Besides Neuvillette and Kazuha as 5 star characters, there are also three other 4-star characters that players can get on this banner. These characters include "Shining Idol" Barbara (Hydro), "Juvenile Galant" Xingqiu (Hydro), and "Wise Innocence" Yanfei (Pyro). Players who apply for these two banners can get the opportunity to get the three 4 star characters.
On the weapons banner, Kazuha and Neuvillette's official weapons “Vow of Freedom (Sword) and Tome of Eternal Stream (Catalyst)” will be available. Still with the same requirements, destiny points will be available on the weapon banner. There will be 2 Epitomized Paths available where players are guaranteed to get the weapon they want at the second destiny point, if they don't get the weapon they want at the first destiny point. Meanwhile, if in the first fate the player gets the desired weapon, the fate points will be reset.
Travelers who want the items available on this banner can wait for the official release in the game on April 2 2024. This event will end on April 23 2024 before Genshin Impact version 4.6 arrives.
